Revola Jaussi Hobbs, age 94, passed away peacefully in Preston, Idaho on July 9, 2016 surrounded by her family.  She was born September 11, 1921 to John and Estella Jaussi in Paris, Idaho.  Revola married Roland Wilcox Hobbs, December 20, 1944 in the Logan LDS Temple  and together they had six children, Dennis, Carolyn, Donna, Randy, Maxine and Mark.


Revola & Roland had over 58 happy years together before he passed away on March 10, 2003.They lived on the family farm in Linrose, Idaho for 31 years before moving to Preston, Idaho in 1975.  She was involved in community organizations, 4H and Kiwanis, of which she was a life Time Member.  She served many years in Cub Scouting, and received her Silver Beaver award.  She was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and served faithfully in many callings.


She is survived by her children, Dennis (Sue Ellen) Carolyn,  Donna , Randy (Christine ), Maxine (Mark) Waddoups, and  Mark (Jeana)Hobbs; 16  grandchildren and 34 great grandchildren.  She is also survived by two sisters, Aurelia Sirstins, Melba Martin and two brothers, Norman and Larry Jaussi.  Revola was proceeded in death by her husband, parents, four  brothers, Bill, Rolland, Clifford and J L Jaussi  and a great granddaughter, Macy Bagley.


Funeral Services will be held Friday, July 15, 2016 at 12:OO PM at the Preston 8th Ward Chapel 213 South 200 East Preston, Idaho. A viewing will be held Thursday, July 14 2016 from 6-8 p.m. at Webb Funeral Home, 1005 South 800 East in Preston, Idaho, and Friday, July 15, from 10:30 to 11:30 AM at the Church.  Interment will be in the Preston Cemetery. Revola was the sweetest lady I have known I enjoyed listening to her when I came to see her. We had some good times when I was there. I will truly miss her and our talks that we had, know that she is happy now and not hurting anymore. My prayers are with you and the rest of the family may the Lord be there for your family at this time of need I will miss you REVOLA Laurie

What a sweet wonderful lady - her great example of love and goodness and one of a kind heart. I shall never forget her friendliness and her example she has shown throughout her whole life. I will always remember your sweet mother as my Primary teacher and how she made Primary so fun and interactive. I can still hear her laugh. My thoughts and prayers are with your family.
